Transportation Extended Care
Adventure Day Camp's Bus Services:
Fully equipped 16 to 20 passenger buses with seat belts are used to transport our campers. Adventure Day Camp is licensed through the Department Of Motor Vehicles to issue a Class B Drivers License to qualified staff members. They must be at least 20 years of age with a clean driving record. All drivers are tested and monitored by our Transportation Director and bus checks are conducted before the start of each day.

Home Transportation
If you choose our Home Transportation option we will pick up and drop off your child at your door between the hours of 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Pick up and drop off times will be consistent within these hours after the first day. All special requests for pick up and drop off times will be reviewed but cannot be guaranteed. We service Moraga, Orinda, Lafayette, the 680 corridor from Martinez to San Ramon, and most of Oakland and Berkeley. If we foresee any problems servicing your family door to door we will contact you before processing your application. Please see our Dates and Rates page for additional costs.
Express Transportation
This service is available for families that wish to meet our bus at predetermined pick up and drop off locations. Times are 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM for morning pick up, and 4:30 PM an 5:00 PM for afternoon drop off. Although locations vary from session to session, the following locations will definitely be available; Montclair Village, Orinda Safeway, a central location in Danville and San Ramon, and the Rockridge Bart Station. Please see our Dates and Rates page for additional cost.
Adventure Day Camp's Extended Care:
Our extended care hours are included in your tuition cost. You may drop off your child at 2721 Larkey Lane in Walnut Creek between 8:00 am and 9:15 am and pick up between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. During these hours our campers enjoy free time to either "hang out" in our clubhouse, play ping pong, foozball, board games, or just read a book. Outside they can shoot some hoops, use the playground structure, or just relax in the shade with camp friends and staff.
