Thank you for choosing to enroll your child in Adventure Day Camp. It is going to be a summer they will never forget!

There are several ways to enroll in our program.

1.  Print the 2008 Adventure Day Camp Application and mail in to the address at the top of the application.

2.  Print and fax the application to our office.

4.  Email a scanned copy of your application to campinfo@adventuredaycamp.com.
