Transportation Options
Adventure Day Camp uses fully equipped 10 to 25 passenger vans and buses, all equipped with seat belts, to transport our campers. The Camp, as part of California's Employee Testing Program, is authorized by the DMV to issue Class B Drivers Licenses to qualified staff members. Our drivers must be at least 20 years of age and possess a clean driving record. The Camp's Transportation Director tests and monitors all of our drivers, each of whom conducts thorough bus checks prior to the start of each day.
Meeting Our Bus At a Predetermined Location
We have limited capacity for this service. This service is available for families that wish to meet our bus at predetermined pick up and drop off locations. For the 2025 summer we will have THREE meeting spots available to families.
Oakland: Montclair Village
Located in front of the Montclair Recreation Building on Mountain Ave. Times will be approximately 8:20 - 8:30 am & 4:00 - 4:15 pm.
Oakland: Rockridge Bart
Located on Miles, cross street College Ave. Times will be approximately 8:20 - 8:30 am & 4:00 - 4:15 pm.
Walnut Creek: CVS Parking Lot
Located at 1123 S California Blvd, Walnut Creek, CA 94596. Times will be approximately 8:20 - 8:30 am & 4:00 - 4:15 pm

There is an additional cost of $750 per family, per session for this service

Enrollment for the transportation is for both AM and PM and for the entire session.
