She has worked extensively with both adults and children with special needs that include developmental, physical , and mental disabilities. Kevin holds a B.A. in Business from Clark University and has spent most of his life, from camper to director, involved in summer camps. He brings his memories and experiences from years of attending and working at Agassiz Village, a sleep-away camp in Maine.

 Camp Directors

Each session, our Program Directors will lead the way! This group of 6-7 highly qualifed and skilled adults oversee the daily program, and are always available to you for assistance. Each Program Director is direcly responsible for specific age ranges, so you will always know with whom to speak if you have any questions regarding your child's experience.

Most Directors have worked with Adventure Day Camp for five or more years, and many attended Adventure Day Camp as campers.

Adventure Day Camp staff are dedicated, responsible, creative, friendly, diverse, and hard working. Each group of campers is led by at least one Camp Counselor, who is 18 years or older and has extensive experience working with children. Our staff members not only take great care of your children, but also have unique personalities and backgrounds that enhance the overall camp experience. At Adventure Day Camp, we remember what it was like to be a kid, and we understand that all of our campers have distinct personalities, interests, and behaviors. Our small group sizes allow our Camp Counselors to truly get to know each camper in their group over the course of each three-week session.  All staff are required to complete our extensive three-day training program, and most will be certified in First Aid & C.P.R.
